Haagstate Advocaten is a law firm specialized in corporate and labor law.

Haagstate Advocaten differs from other law firms. Our lawyers like to know what motivates the people and corporations that are represented by us and what the goals are the moment that they have a dispute with a third party. We also like to know what the ambitions of our clients are when they are doing business. As a professional partner in business, we believe that our clients are best served by practical solutions. We believe in an open, direct way of communication between lawyer and client.

Haagstate Advocaten is founded by lawyers who have gained their reputation at the top-ten law firms in the Netherlands. We believe that our clients are best served through a boutique law firm that is specialized in corporate and labor law. Our fee structure is very competitive and enables us to provide our services for fees that are generally 30% lower than the top ten law firms, but with the same service and quality. In the event a subject does not belong to our competence, we have a (international) network of lawyers available, so we can guarantee our clients that every subject will be handled by specialists.

We advice on corporate law (mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts), labor law, real estate porjects and finance. We also have a large litigation department, which is essential for our practice. Through litigation, we have an update understanding of how judges interpret contracts, so we can use that knowledge for drafting agreements.
