Harm van Efferink is a partner at the Corporate Law division, where he concentrates primarily on national and international mergers and takeovers, management buy-outs, joint ventures, private equity transactions and finance arrangements. Harm has gained a post-graduate degree in M&A transactions.

Patrick graduated from the University of Leiden in 1996. He subsequently started working as a lawyer and has since worked for several top 10 law firms in the Netherlands.

Michel Snoek is a partner at the Corporate Law Division. He litigates and advices corporations and individuals on all kinds of aspects of Dutch corporate and commercial law. In addition thereto, Michel advises corporations on national and international real estate projects.
