Employment law

Emma advises companies, (statutory) directors, employees and self-employed individuals on various employment-law related issues. She negotiates, mediates and litigates (if necessary) on behalf of her clients in court and with the UWV in connection with, for instance, a change in labour conditions, the enforcement of a competition clause, continued payment of wages during illness, the consequences of a business acquisition or reorganisation and the termination of an employment contract.

In addition, Emma frequently publishes in her area of expertise. She is a permanent contributor to Smart Newz Arbeidsrecht (Kluwer). On a regular basis, she also writes for Opmaat Arbeidsrecht (SDU) and for various editions of Rendement. As an advisor, Emma is also affiliated with the Rendement Advice Desk.
